Our fabrics come from various manufacturers around the world.

How do I select the best curtain style for my room?
Think about what you would like your room to say about you. With the help of our interior designers, You will be able to see your room graphically illustrated to make your experience even more enjoyable.

How much would an average size curtain cost?
Average differs from household to household. Once the measurements have been obtained, we can then give you a definite answer.

How long does it take to tailor a curtain?
Depending on the curtain size, fabric selected and peak times (holidays and celebrations) the manufacturing of a curtain could take approximately between 5-7 working days.

Does Sedar ship internationally?
Depending on the size of the order, We not only ships internationally but we also send our measurement and installation team abroad should the customer request us to do so.

Would it be okay if I took my own measurements?
We don't usually advise our customers to take the measurements themselves as we have a specific method in taking measurements. However, if they wish to do so, they may at their own risk bearing any manufacturing faults which may arise due to incorrect measurements.

How do I wash my curtains?
We recommend that all curtains are dry-cleaned to avoid risk of damage to the fabric.
Aluminum and wooden blinds can be wiped using a damp cloth.

Is there any guarantee on the curtains?
Yes, Sedar customers are all entitled to a 10 year guarantee should anything go wrong with the curtain.

Is there someone to help me select my fabrics and designs?
Yes, our highly trained staff members will stay with you at all times , guiding you through the fabric selection process. In addition, We have a wide variety of curtain designs on our in-showroom E-Catalogue.

Do you offer discounts to specific card holders or employees?
Yes, for more information, call the closest showroom to you and they will gladly assist you.

What is your cancellation policy?
Once an order has been placed and paid for, we will not be able to cancel it.
